- All of our items are handmade to order, we do not hold stocks of any item. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items or collections.
- We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
- 2023 Holiday Season Shipping Charges
Product ships from British Columbia, Canada, with default shipping through Canada Post. Please reach out to us if you prefer alternative carriers for your orders.
For orders shipped in Canada (exclude NT) or to US:
- Up to C$498.99: Shipping charges capped at C$40.00
- C$499 and above: Free shipping
No extra shipping fees will apply.
- Tracking of Shipment
- Free shipping, Small Packet - USA Air and Small Packet - International Air are our least expensive shipping options, but none of them provides tracking and liability insurance for the parcel. If order tracking is important to you, please select Tracked Packet - USA Air, Tracked Packet - International Air, Expedited Shipping or Xpresspost.
- Shipping Address
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address details given on the order are correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address on the invoice or no-one is home at the address, then there will be an additional delivery cost to re-send and we do not offer any refunds on the order if proof of delivery has been attempted by Carrier.
- Customs and import taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
